Fourth of July Treats

My husband and I went to San Diego for Fourth of July and a friend’s wedding. I had some amazing food that I thought I would share like mahi mahi with mushroom risotto and grilled asparagus and carrots, green salad with cucumber, tomatoes and cranberries, lobster tail with mash potatoes and oysters on the half shell.  And yes, the only thing that my husband had that was the same was the salad. But, it was a yummy salad.
