Sesame Kale Chips

I got my veggie box the other day and it was loaded with tons of good greens like kale, arugula, butter lettuce and more. I decided to cook up some kale chips with a twist. The sesame seeds and lemon juice added a nice flavor to the ordinary chips I used to make.

  • Kale
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
  • Salt
  • Lemon pepper

Heat oven to 200 degrees F. In a large bowl, drizzle kale with oil, lemon juice, sesame seeds, salt and lemon pepper. Toss to coat well. Spread out on a baking sheet and cook for twenty minutes, flip kale over with a spatula and cook an additional twenty minutes or until crispy. Let cool. Should last in Tupperware for up to three days.
