Pickled Cauliflower Medley


Pack the vegetables into jars, fill the jars with the boiling-hot liquid and seal. 



2 large cauliflower florets

1/3 cup water

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 cup white vinegar

2 tablespoons white mustard seeds

1 tablespoon celery seed

1 small celery

1/2 carrot

1/2 cucumber
